The Fargo Park District is hosting a series of Create and Explore Art Classes for ages 3-6 plus an adult. The first class will be held from 6:00-7:00 pm on Thursday, September 8 at the RDJ Rec Center.
Children will explore through a variety of hands-on activities and projects. Help your child learn to use paint, brushes, glue, chalk and other materials. Dress for a mess! The fee is $10.70, due upon registration. Register online with ePlay found at www.fargoparks.com by Thursday, September 1.
There will also be a series of Teen Art Classes for ages 12-16 to express their creativity and explore different mediums. The first Teen Art Class will be from 10:00 am-12:00 pm on Saturday, September 10 and focus on drawing.
Students will learn the basics of drawing and go home with their own sketchpad to continue their portfolio. The class will be held at the RDJ Rec Center. The fee is $14.25, due upon registration. Register online with ePlay found at www.fargoparks.com by Friday, September 2.
Every kid loves Penny and her musical pals, Rockin’ Robot and Bernie the Bear! Come play with Penny and Pals at The Fargo Park District’s Kiddin’ Around with Music and Motion Workshop. This workshop, for ages 4-5, will be held on Saturday, September 10 from 10:00 am-12:00 pm at the RDJ Rec Center.
Children will learn songs, dances and work with props. At the end of the session, kids can show off what they learned at a special performance for family and friends. The fee is $11.00, due upon registration. Register online with ePlay found at www.fargoparks.com by Friday, September 2.
