July 10th Community Play Day: Come out to Rheault Farm (2902 25th St S) on Thursday, July 10 from 9:00-11:00 am and 1:00-3:00 pm for Community Play Day! Play yard games, bounce on inflatables, do an art and craft activity, and climb on the playground! Daycares are welcome for this free event, and adult supervision is required.
July 10th Park It: Need something to keep the kids busy? Take them to Park It! Meet the Xcellent Art teacher at the park and create take home arts and crafts. The fun travels weekly to different neighborhoods throughout the summer. All supplies are provided for the weekly project. This week is at Village West Park (4415 9th Av Circle S) from 1:00- 4:00 pm on Thursday, July 10. Adult supervision is required.
July 10th Music Montage: The Fargo Park District is hosting the second Music Montage of the summer from 7:00-9:00 pm on Thursday, July 10 at Great Northern Park (425 Broadway N). This event features an open mic format and encourage talented local musicians to perform for a crowd of all ages. There will be two more Music Montage events held on August 14 and September 11.
July 12th Summer Grind: Show off your skills and enjoy the skateboarding competition at Dike West (310 4th St S) on Saturday, July 12. Summer Grind has an Age 13 & under division and an Age14 & up division with prizes awarded to participants in both divisions. Participants are required to wear a helmet and should bring their own skateboard. Registration begins at 3:00 pm and competition starts at 3:30 pm.
July 14th Rock Concert: Enjoy two bands on Monday, July 14th at Dike West (310 4th St S) at 7:00-9:00 pm. Performers Mic Jordan and SuperCruiser will be performing at this free event. All ages are welcome so bring your friends and come out to see Fargo’s up and coming musicians!
July 15th Community Block Party: Meet your neighbors at this fun family event on Tuesday, July 15 at Unicorn Park (1603 3rd Av N). Sing your favorite karaoke song, play on inflatable games, take home a craft project and get your face painted. All ages are welcome at this event from 5:30-8:00 pm.
