Explore a little piece of the North Pole at Santa Village. The Fargo Park District is presenting Santa Village at Rheault Farm in South Fargo. Santa Village opens for the season Saturday, November 25 from 1:00-7:00 pm.
The mission of Santa Village is to give back to the community by collecting non-perishable foods, new or gently used toys and monetary donations to aid families in Cass and Clay counties. This year, donations will be distributed through the Giving Tree of Hope, Great Plains Food Bank, Children’s Miracle Network at Sanford Children’s Fargo and YMCA 21st Century Community Learning Center.
Santa Village is an opportunity for children and the young at heart to meet Santa and explore a small piece of the North Pole. Some of the activities planned include: visit with Santa, decorate cookies in the Claus family kitchen, meet Santa’s reindeer, make a holiday craft, see model train displays and write a letter to Santa. Don’t forget to bring your camera so you can take a picture with Santa!
Santa Village is open November 25 through December 23. The hours are:
- November 25-26: 1-7 pm
- December 2-3: 1-7 pm
