Explore a little piece of the North Pole at Santa Village. The Fargo Park District is hosting Santa Village at Rheault Farm in South Fargo. This is the last week of Santa Village! You can visit Wednesday and Thursday, December 20 and 21 from 4:00-8:00 pm and Friday and Saturday, December 22 and 23 from 1:00-8:00 pm.
The mission of Santa Village is to give back to the community by collecting non-perishable foods, new or gently used toys and monetary donations to aid families in Cass and Clay counties. This year donations will be distributed through the Giving Tree of Hope, Great Plains Food Bank, Children’s Miracle Network at Sanford Children’s Fargo and YMCA 21st Century Community Learning Center.
Santa Village is an opportunity for children and the young at heart to meet Santa and explore a small piece of the North Pole. Some of the activities planned include: visit with Santa, decorate cookies in the Claus kitchen and chat with Mrs. Claus, meet Santa’s reindeer, make a holiday craft, see model train displays and write a letter to Santa. Don’t forget to bring your camera so you can take a picture with Santa!
Santa Village is open through December 23. The hours are:
– December 20-21: 4-8 pm
– December 22-23: 1-8 pm
Santa Village is a program by the Fargo Park District sponsored in part by Pepsi, Applebee’s, Cass-Clay Creamery, Crown Trophy, Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota, Bremer Bank, Ruby Tuesday, Scheels, Dabbert Custom Homes, Carpet World, VISION Bank, Indigo Signs and other area businesses.
